Good

The apartment was very clean and cozy. The whole apartment is perfectly air-conditioned and they provided a cleaning service every day.

The location is in a very old part of the town. I did not like the surroundings, and there is not much of a view from the windows. Our Check in time was at 2 PM but the apartment was not ready until 2:15. The sofa bed wasn't very good as well.

Wonderful

The cleanliness and staff were great. Asked for extra toilet paper and was waiting for us at the end of the day.

Our check-in was fine, but make sure you scan passports and do the pre check in before you arrive. If you do this, it will go smoothly. There are two buildings ( A and B). You will know what room and building it is once you check in. The buildings are next to each other so easy to find.

Comfortable apartment in a great location, very close to touristic destinations and many restaurants around, as well as quiet at the same time. Every day cleaning. Easy checkin.

Would definitely recommend

Good location. Right next to lots of restaurants and in a nice part of the city. There is a club/ bar right next to the property if that is something you enjoy. Kitchen is well equipped and is easy to maintain cleanliness. Room was fine. Little privacy for the bathroom- just keep that in mind. Thought it was a really nice property. Just to reiterate other reviews, there are two buildings. Just check which one you are in once you’ve checked in. You can tell by your room number.

Think the drainage system was either broken or it was our room but there was often a lingering smell coming from the bathroom which wasn’t nice whenever we would renter the property later on in the day after the cleaners came. Cleaners didn’t always clean the surfaces. Seemed to only change the towels over. Overall very clean though.

The location was great, the response was excellent and the room was nice.

It was a little on the expensive side, but that might just be due to the location.

Good location, great for families.

Good kitchen for a family needs. Very clean, new, the shower was excellent. Easy checking and check out. But the sofa bed does not opens up, it is only good for one child alone.

Superb

The two ladies staff was absolutely sweet. We booked a week stay but changed halfway (from 40A) to a bigger room of 41A(fit 4 people), and we had to check out early, but the kind ladies helped us to check in 2hrs earlier to 41A at noon. Rooms are super clean, the automatic check-in was intuitive and speedy and beds/cushions are so comfy! 4 1A is better maintained than 40A, it's likely someone lived there during the pandemic and ruined some items (eg the dish washer wasn't there and corners were chipped w marks on walls).

The location is centralized but lots of roadworks outside, making it hard to access by cars and creating traffic outside, especially getting taxis to airports, so book a transport or prepare early :)

I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again! It was a great experience.

Suite was clean and comfortable. It was in a great location.

On arrival the kiosk wasn’t working and we had to wait, over 20minutes, for a staff person to arrive and assist us.

Very good

Like the area, the apartment was clean and modern but a little small for three people.

Contact with the host was all through messaging. When we had problems with lockers, we were told it was our problem, not theirs, as they outsourced lockers. Very disappointing response. There was not much information on how to use the lockers, and after many failed attempts and loss of coins, the cleaner on site helped us. If it were not for the lovely lady who helped us, I would have given this property a lower score.
